How Continuum Partners collects, uses, shares and protects information through this website.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Continuum Partners Development LLC and Continuum Partners Energy Advisors LLC (together, "Continuum Partners," "we," "us" or "our") collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit thinkcontinuum.com or any page that links to this Privacy Policy (the "Site"), or when you contact us through the Site.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we process on behalf of clients or under a separate written agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

When you submit a form, request information, subscribe to updates or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include:

  • Your name, job title and company or organization
  • Your email address, phone number and other contact details
  • The team or topic your inquiry relates to and the content of your message
  • Any other information you include in your communications with us

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device and browser information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system and device identifiers
  • Usage information, such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address

Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from publicly available sources, business contacts, event organizers and service providers, and we may combine it with information we collect through the Site.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site and improve its performance. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you do, some parts of the Site may not function as intended.

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and route them to the appropriate team
  • Provide information you request about our businesses, services and projects
  • Evaluate and develop potential business relationships
  • Send updates and other communications where permitted by law
  • Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site
  • Analyze trends and how the Site is used
  • Detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents and other harmful activity
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
  • Fulfill any other purpose disclosed to you when the information is collected, or with your consent

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share personal information:

  • With our affiliates, meaning entities under common ownership or control with Continuum Partners, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy
  • With service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, customer relationship management, analytics, email delivery and IT support, and that may use the information only to provide those services to us
  • With lawyers, accountants, auditors and other professional advisors
  • In connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar transaction
  • When we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Continuum Partners, Site users or others
  • With your consent or at your direction

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

5. Your choices

  • You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send you non-marketing messages related to an inquiry or business relationship.
  • You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
  • You can ask us to update or correct the information you have provided by contacting us.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law with respect to your personal information. These may include the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information, its sharing for targeted advertising, or certain types of profiling
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact us section below. We will need to verify your identity before responding, and we may decline a request where permitted by law. Where applicable law allows, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and you may appeal our decision on your request by contacting us.

If you are a California resident, the categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 1, the purposes for which we use it in Section 3, and the categories of recipients in Section 4. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to a right to limit its use. California residents may also request information about any disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, comply with legal, accounting and reporting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

The Site is operated in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Third-party sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
